At Ethereal we don't rush appointments and put aside a careful amount of time to treat you and give you the best results. 

We value this time we put aside for you and hope you value ours too. 

Our policy is strict and not negotiated based on circumstance. The booking deposit is non refundable.

We try our best to accommodate you if you are late but usually if you are over 10 minutes late we need to create a new appointment, this is considered a less than 24hrs notice fee. 

Please reschedule if you're sick - If you arrive to your appointment sick, we will have to cancel your appointment on the spot as health and safety of staff and other clients in the studio is very important to us. 


One reschedule is allowable with more than 5 business days notice, otherwise the deposit ($100) is automatically forfeited and a new deposit will be required to book a new appointment. 

For 2nd session touch ups a fee of $50 applies for late rescheduling.

For no shows/less than 24 hrs notice, a further $100 fee is charged.

If you have withheld important information, provided false information on your consent form or have not read the pre appointment information email, the appointment may need to be cancelled on the day and if so the deposit is lost. 


The deposit amount is 50% of the treatment cost. If you reschedule with less than 72 hrs notice, the deposit is forfeited.

An appointment is deemed a "no show" for less than 24 hrs notice, the full treatment cost is charged.

If you have cancelled part of your treatment, the same fee (50%) applies for the cost of the treatment you cancelled.

We accept cash, or cards incur a 2% surcharge fee.


Zippay is available for cosmetic tattooing - this is a 7% surcharge
